These Terms and Conditions are for Hey Let’s Organize and related courses (including The Plan-Ahead Christmas products).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hey Let’s Organize and/or the Plan-Ahead Christmas course or challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the course.
2. Course or Product Access
2.1 Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the course or product you purchased for as long as Hey Let’s Organize continues to operate and offer the course or product. This means you will have access to the course or product materials until such time as we cease business operations or discontinue offering this specific course. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice if the course or product will no longer be available due to business closure or other reasons.
2.2 Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials, product, or course materials with others.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content in Plan-Ahead Christmas, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, and exercises, is the property of Hey Let’s Organize and is protected by copyright laws.
3.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the course materials without explicit written permission.
4. User Conduct
4.1 You agree to use the course for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4.2 You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the course, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
5. Payment and Refunds
5.1 All payments are processed securely through Systeme.io, Stripe, and/or Paypal.
5.2 Refund Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the course sales page at the time of purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Any exceptions to this policy, if available, will be clearly communicated on the course sales page. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review the refund policy on the sales page before completing the transaction.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 Plan-Ahead Christmas and Hey Let’s Organize content is provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied.
6.2 We do not guarantee any specific results from taking any Hey Let’s Organize or Plan Ahead Christmas courses or products.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Hey Let’s Organize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the course.
8. User-Generated Content
8.1 By submitting any User Content, you grant Hey Let’s Organize and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content (in whole or part) in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to:
a) Operating, providing, and promoting our courses and services b) Incorporating the User Content into advertising materials, social media posts, emails, and marketing campaigns c) Using any photographs, images, or visual content you provide in any manner we see fit d) Displaying testimonials or success stories on our website, in marketing materials, or in any other medium e) Analyzing and improving our courses and services.
8.2 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
8.3 We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any User Content at our sole discretion.
8.4 You acknowledge and agree that we are under no obligation to display, feature, or use any User Content you submit.
8.5 By submitting User Content, you waive any claims against Hey Let’s Organize relating to any moral rights, rights of privacy, or rights of publicity in connection with our use of your User Content as permitted by these Terms.
9. Age Restrictions
9.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our courses or products, interact with our website, or submit any content including comments, testimonials, or user-generated content.
9.2 By using our website, purchasing our courses or products, or submitting any content, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
9.3 If we become aware that a user is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to: a) Cancel any course or product purchase and issue a refund b) Remove any content submitted by the underage user c) Terminate or suspend the user’s access to our website and course materials.
9.4 We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us immediately at hello@heyletsorganize.com.
10. Community Groups
10.1 As part of your participation in Hey Let’s Organize courses (including those that are free of charge), you may have the opportunity to join or access related community groups, such as a Facebook group for our “Plan Ahead Christmas” product.
10.2 Any community groups associated with our courses or products are managed and moderated by Hey Let’s Organize, but the content and interactions within those groups are the responsibility of the group members.
10.3 We do not assume any liability for the actions, content, or conduct of members within any community groups related to our course or products. The community groups are provided as-is, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, safety, or appropriateness of the information shared therein.
10.4 Your participation in any community groups is voluntary and subject to the terms and policies of the platform hosting the group (e.g., Facebook’s Community Standards). By participating, you agree to hold Hey Let’s Organize harmless from any issues or disputes that may arise within the community groups.
10.5 If you have concerns about the content or behavior within a related community group, please contact us, and we will review the situation and take appropriate action, if necessary. However, we reserve the right to remove users from community groups or suspend group access at our sole discretion.
11. Termination
11.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the course or products for violations of these terms or for any other reason, without notice.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
13.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes.
